Suparna SanyalProfessor at ICM, Uppsala UniversityRapid pilot-scale production of the ribosomes
Suparna Sanyal
Prof. Suparna Sanyal is a molecular biologist who explores in-depth mechanisms of protein synthesis and protein folding using fast kinetics. Sanyal is interested in solving problems related to antibiotic resistance in pathogenic bacteria. Sanyal lab is also investigating how protein folding activity of the ribosome (PFAR) influences misfolding diseases e.g. prion diseases in higher mammals. Sanyal frequently uses structural biology (X-ray Cryst., NMR and Cryo-EM) as complementary tools. (Source: uu.se)
Martin LordResearcher in immune-oncology, Uppsala UniversityAffordable and Scalable personalized immunotherapy
Martin Lord
Researcher in the field of immuno-oncology at Uppsala University in the group of Sara Mangsbo with biological drugs and cancer vaccine development, including bioinformatics and statistical analyses (OLINK, scRNAseq, and clinical data).
Co-founders of Strike Pharma AB, a biotech company centered around a novel bispecific antibody platform intended for cancer immunotherapy. A concept designed by Sara Mangsbo in collaboration with the drug discovery platform at Scilife.
